Deed Restrictions

The purpose of our deed restrictions is to assure that Meadow Creek Crossing will remain an attractive, high quality residential community. To ensure this:

​

  • No exterior detached storage buildings are permitted

  • Overnight parking of cars on driveways is approved only if the car is operational with valid license plates and is in good visual condition

  • Fences, gazebo's, in-ground pools and other exterior non-storage structures must be approved by the board

  • Temporary seasonal swimming pools (link to policy) are approved and must be taken down each September

  • Permanent above-ground pools are prohibited

  • Parking of RV's, boats and trailers on driveways overnight is prohibited

The Board of Directors is responsible for ensuring our subdivision remains a high quality and attractive community. The are governed by our By-Laws.
